CNLU, PD 30th Sept - 2nd Oct 2018

Academic and Debating Society of Chanakya National Law University, proudly present to you the 10th edition of the CNLU National Parliamentary Debate. Over the years CNLU PD, as it is popularly known, has played host to some of the country's best debaters and adjudicators. The previous editions of the tournament were extremely successful with participation from a number of national as well as international teams, a sizable number of competent adjudicators, a stellar adjudication core - all of this topped with cash prize worth INR 2.1 lacs. This year we assure you that we'll put our heart and soul into it to make this the grandest and the best tournament you have witnessed. So come this September, experience the grandest CNLU PD ever, a decade in the making.
The key details of the tournament are as follows:
Dates: 30th September to 2nd October, 2018
Format: 3-vs-3 Asian Parliamentary Debate (N+1)
Registration Fee (inclusive of transport,accommodation,three meals for three days and break night.): INR 2000
The First Round of Registrations close on 1st of September, 2018.
UPES DebSoc is sending teams for three slots. 
Interested teams can apply according to the rules by 30th August 2018 11:59 PM to the official DebSoc mail ID. The challengers would be held the next day in case of any conflict.
The teams are requested to apply in the mandatory format of 3+1.
Independent Adjudicators are also free to apply by the same deadline.

JINDAL PD, SONIPAT

The 6th Edition of the Jindal IV i.e Parliamentary Debate competition will be held from the 13th-15th October at OP Jindal University, Sonipat, Haryana.  The event is being organised on 13th to 15th October, 2018.  The Registration Fee for the event is Rs. 2200/-. (This is inclusive of the Tournament Fee, Accommodation on 13th and 14th October, and Breakfast and High Tea on 13th and 14 October.) For institutional teams: For each institutional contingent we will be  following the N+1 policy for the tournament, where for N slots, N number of adjudicators should be A level. Independent adjudicators are welcome to apply as well. The interested teams can apply to according to the rules at the DebSoc Mail ID  by 3rd October 12:00 am.
